What kind of place are you thinking of for your next vacation? Let me take a guess; beautiful beaches, translucent waters, lush vegetation, enchanting landscapes, perfect weather, great service, dream accommodations, and the entire infrastructure to ensure that things run smoothly. Impossible, right? In fact it is possible, and in a destination not so far away – Mexico. You should take a look at some of the climate charts and at some of the photos. When it comes to coastal resorts in Mexico we’re not talking shorts and T-shirt weather for certain months of the year, we’re talking shorts and T-shirt weather for every month of the year. And not just that; beautiful beaches framed by impressive mountains and lush tropical vegetation (on the Pacific coast) or white sand, ultramarine waters, and some of the best coral reefs in the world (on the Mayan Riviera).

Well, maybe not Holbox Island and Tulum, they’re just laid-back paradises with palapa style hotels. But just look at the beauty and elegance of the vacation rental villas in the other places I mentioned. It almost hurts to look at some of the accommodations and not be in them looking out; the best are beachfront and have absolutely gorgeous views, fabulous huge spaces, exquisite architecture, excellent service, and just pure luxury. I think I could go for that.
So, let’s go over what you can expect; a beautiful view of a bay or of a beach, huge open spaces for hanging out or for dining (maybe under a palapa), a really cool swimming pool (maybe infinity), air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, cable or satellite TV with your favorite channels and a DVD player with DVD collection just in case, super-fast internet connection, international phone service, fabulous furniture and amenities, excellent chef and cleaning service, easy access to spa and massage facilities, huge ultra-comfortable beds, luxury bathrooms (sometimes with a Jacuzzi), lush tropical gardens. What’s wrong with this picture? Absolutely nothing. It’s there all over the country, and at very reasonable prices. It doesn’t matter whether you’re on the Pacific Ocean or the Caribbean Sea; you’re going to find it. Mexico just has the best climate, the most beautiful landscapes, the most fun activities, and, above all, the best and most luxurious vacation rental accommodations to make your hard-earned vacations the best you’ve ever had. And, what’s more, it’s just on your doorstep, just a cheap, convenient flight away. As far as vacations are concerned, somebody did something right when they put beautiful, tropical Mexico just down the road.
