The Master bedroom has a private balcony, bathroom and walking closet. The twin guest room has another great huge terrace that adds privacy, 2 full baths of glass, huge mirrors, granite and limestone showers -and a bathtub on unit 103-, are provided with complimentary toiletries and nice towels. The open kitchen, well equipped with all necessary cooking and serving appliances has granite counter tops, 3 vitro ceramic stoves and a central island, and is integrated to the living and dinning room.
Here double sliding doors completely retract into the walls to create a versatile area with the beach front balcony and offer a spectacular space to enjoy a sunset over Cancun’s skyline. Our units have: Wireless Internet, air condition and fans in all rooms; 3TV´s (2 flat ones) with all cable channels on unit 403 and 1 flat TV with basic cable channels on unit 103; DVD, CD/Radio player, microwave, GE stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, complimentary bottled water, iron and ironing board, and dishwasher on unit 403; nice linens, beach towels, chaise lounges and chairs on the balcony for unit 403 and a patio furniture set on unit 103. Plus the swimming pool, Palapa bar, Jacuzzi tub, chaise lounges, chairs and tables at the terrace sun deck and beach, gym, parking, lobby, front desk. We provide cleaning service every 4 days but, for an extra quote it can be a daily service. Please feel free to inquire for additional information or more photos.
