You may be looking for a bit of winter warmth and sun, you may be looking for some beach and surf, and you may be looking for a bit of golf. You can combine it all here at the Querencia Golf club in Los Cabos with a bit of philanthropy at a golfing event which benefits the Children’s Foundation of Los Cabos. The owner, Charles Moran, donates all fees to this worthy cause called the Duckett Challenge. The tournament runs from March 1st to March 4th, 2012. The golf is world class and the camaraderie and the commitment among the participants is inspiring. This year’s event will be the sixth consecutive golfing championship at La Querencia and will feature exciting new surprises. There will also be some great live music from renowned Country performers. Fred Duckettt was a real estate developer from southern California who wintered in Los Cabos and decided to share what he had with the less fortunate in the region where he chose to spend his vacations. This tournament is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying sun, surf, first-class golf, and a respite from the northern winter. Watch, play, and help.
