The property features a beautiful manicured lawn and garden, shade umbrellas and lounges adjacent to the pool. Enter the villa through the double doors which open onto the great room, with expansive glass walls, live trees and beautiful plants, creating a solarium-like ambience. There are multiple living areas to choose from, providing your own personal privacy, with phones in every bedroom. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking and the dining areas seats up to ten guests. An indoor squash court and gym with free weights and exercise equipment and a media room with home theater system are part of Villa Aqua’s luxurious amenities.
Full-time staff and services included are a Cordon-Bleu trained chef , Monday to Saturday 8AM-4PM, Villa Manager, Monday to Saturday, Pool keeper three mornings per week and other house staff in daily attendance to ensure all your needs are met. At your request, we can also provide extra services such as a babysitter, waiter, catering, bartender and masseuse. If you would like the villa pre-stocked before your arrival we require a minimum of three day’s notice and 15% of the bill. If you want to get out and about, there is a rental car available, or if walking, a 10-minute stroll will get you to the heart of Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue where great restaurants, boutiques and nightlife are located. Or in the same time you can be on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Caribbean Sea for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal blue waters.
